another day

wei...wei.... another day comes and goes. This morning I was in school for my children's report card day. Was in school since 7.30 am but only finished by 9.20 am. Overall, no major complaints from the class teacher for both of them. Nevertheless as parents, we always hope for better results. There are still room for improvement especially on the chinese science, mathematics and essay writing. Overall, average lah.

hi all. Had a not too pleasant day in the office yesterday. Someone threaten to spit on me....!! Aiya, we only working for people and kena threaten because of work. Luckily, spit only if other threats, wah lau eh.... better run. Not worth exchanging your life for.

intimidating hairdressers!!!

Ok, more updates coming up! 2 in a day , not bad huh?? Well, S brought to my attention today that our blog is dying!! :( so i thought we better revive it with a kiss of Life! She also brought to my attention that there is a comment by an anonymous someone!!! But that could be an honest mistake by one of us who forgot to type in the name!!! i dunno , maybe???!! Or is there some stranger out there reading our blog??? ;)
Anyway i had my haircut today mainly cuz my number 2 desperately needed one! We scouted around and our first preference was not available! I think they have closed! So we headed to another one that's new and was promoting some student discounts. The hairdresser was a guy and not your usual young girlish kind! He must have been 40 and above and intimidating which is quite typical of guy hair stylist! They want to do what they want , forgetting its your head of hair and not a single strand belongs to them!!! After much fussing, we came to a compromise and ok lah i am quite satisfied. But i may think twice about going back there again!!! ... :P

Dont let our blog die slowly

Morning, morning, it's been a long long time since anyone of us blog in. The last was ages ago.... What's happening ...??? Guess everyone of us is too busy, hook on work and other times. M have not even contributed any single sentence let alone reading our blogs....":(

Well time flies as this month is already 1/2 year - June liao. Lots of happening here and there and our regular session now has become irregular ! Sob... sob..... time flies... things change and I hope our friendship doesnt.

I was in Tesco last weekend as Mum needs to buy some household items. We have just finished our shopping and waiting for Mum. Someone passes by and was looking as though we were aliens or convicts. As far as I am concern, I dont think I have offended the person in any other way. Maybe indirectly or directly in some way or other but not intentional. ANYWAY, quality is better than quantity.It is a blessing to have good friends.

ipoh, here we come........

morning, girls. Well, looks like we are all gear up for the ipoh trip. As E says, can't wait to sink in the custards........slurrpp... yum yum.... and all the other food......

Another weekend comes and goes, another day, we will be going into March. Wah, how time flies so quickly. My weekend was ok. Though have to make two trips to the clinic, first my boy on Saturday evening and then on Sunday evening my girl. My boy was having rashes on his body since the last couple of days.Infact he was recovering and then mum noticed the rashes turned red. Panic button was pushed by mum and off we went to the clinic on Saturday evening. Shortly after we came back from the clinic, my girl complained she was feeling hot. She was coming down with fever, pula.... ??! The same evening gave her panadol, the fever was down. The next morning, Sunday, fever was back again. While doing my usual Sunday housework, I was thinking of taking her to the clinic later part in the morning. Suddenly, my handphone rang and the familar ringtone was none other my boss !! Aiyo... what he wants in the morning about 9 am. I avoided picking up the call. Twenty minutes later, the phone rang again. Have to pick up. On the other side, his wife says good morning. I wished her the same. Inviting me and the children for tim sum. Tried to say politely no thank you with reasons of my girl being sick. Cannot also, apparently one of our big customer is coming down to Klang for breakfast. Ai yo, finally have to go with my son and left my girl at home under the care of hubby.

Came back at about 1130 am and quickly get down to continue doing my housework. Shortly, mum called to check on my girl and said she is cooking nasi lemak with chicken rendang. Yum yum.....

Anyway, my girl's fever was still up and down, and finally in the late evening, took her to the clinic. Being Sunday, most of the clinic was closed for the day. Luckily, remembered E and enquired from her about the consultation hours at the clinic. Was there by 645 pm and have to wait until 710 pm before the nurse called for my girl. The doctor was soft spoken and spoke kindly to my girl. Less than 10 minutes we were out from the doctor's room and waited shortly for the medication. During the night,the fever was back and gave her another dose at about 1245 am. Thank god, this morning the fever was gone except the flu and some coughing. Hope she will recover fully before the weekend for our trip to Ipoh.

By the way, next month, March another trip to Thailand. Any orders, please let me know....

back from bangkok

hey i am back from bangkok and non stop shopping and eating! Waking up early and sleeping late at night didnt take its toll till i got home. But the shopping was so good , i bought all kinds of stuff ranging from sandals and shoes to blouses and skirts ( all very feminine stuff!!! ) , silly watches to hair clips, beaded belts to cool ear rings! Wah, and soooooooooooooooo cheap!!!

The food was good too, from the authentic spicy Thai food to the foreign franchise :) i am talking about the Thai steam boat that was really good , i would say its as good as Coca and better than Johnny's! And the Swensen's chocolate fondue is to die for!!!!!! Slurppp!!!! i am hoping to get all that again in Chiengmai when july comes!!!

but all in all i am happy to be home to resume back some kind of normalcy and as S said , staying away from good food and trying to get back to trimming the bod!!! And of course getting back to chiapkoot sessions too!!! Let's hope the luck still remains good ;) Hor, F???? ;)

new year

hi girls, the english and chinese new year has come and gone. How time flies and before you know it, its end of year 2006.... :-(

Everyone was busy with the chinese new year preparations and celebrations, giving away ang pows and receiving in return. Money come money go... hahaha.... Guess it was a good chinese new year for me hope the same with you girls. Believe the 15 days celebration was more on eating.. day in day out. Now is the time for dieting and skipping meals to trim back to normal.

Even with all the celebrations, our regular session still did not take a back seat.! Infact, it was more than regular. Infact, F's luck was better during the CNY. F even manage to make from the machine. Wow, way to go, F. More to come for you. You are not so bad hearted after all (someone mention you were !!!)

Eh.... 4fems, do not let our blog slowly fade away..... M did not even contribute. M better do something, ah...
